Return / Exchange Policies:
Just Lay Inc does not offer returns on our products. If your product is damaged
(cracked, broken or malfunction) please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] providing order number, description of damage, and pictures to verify. If a product is deemed to be damaged, at seller discretion a return, replacement, or a gift card will be provided. No exchange.
Lost / Damaged Packages
Orders are considered delivered as marked by carrier. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages, will not be refunded by the seller. Contact your carrier for inquires. Before making your purchase please check that your address is correct. Returns are checked bi-weekly. When a package is returned to sender a refund will be sent to the buyer. No reshipping on returns, nor packages returned due to fees,or taxes with your post office.
